    15. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. These Terms will terminate automatically if you breach any provision.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to MB Media Consultancy Ltd at law or in equity.

    16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect, by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.

If informal negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have the right under applicable consumer protection law to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Note: The prior version of this document referenced the American Arbitration Association. That reference has been removed as this is a UK-based service governed by English law.

    18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of MB Media Consultancy Ltd.
